What do I need to login into my account?

When you signed your child up for class, you would have recieved a creator number and a password. Use this to login for your child.

My children is sharing the same iPhone, how do they switch accounts?

Fret not! To log out of his or her account, first use your avatar to interact with the coin bank machine (it is a red machine in Mentor's lab). Once your in the coin bank machine screen, touch the orange power button on the top right of your screen to log out of this account.

My app is just stuck on a loading screen after logging in? Why?

The app needs to be connected to the internet to function. In most cases, this is because your iPhone is not connected to wifi or have 4G data enabled.

I can't see the login screen.

If this is the first time you downloaded the app, your child would have to go through 2 levels of movement tutorials. This is to make sure he or she understands how to control his or her avatar. You will see the login screen after these 2 levels.


Movement

My avatar fell and is upside down! What do I do?

To get up, just move your character forward by pushing the left orange control button.

My avatar can't climb up a step, what do I do?

Tap the right orange control button! Your avatar will jump up straight. While in the air, just push the left orange control button to move forward onto the step.

My child is suppose to meet the teacher at a pin, how do I help him there?

First use the avatar to touch the map machine to access the map screen. While in the map screen, type "pin = [location given by teacher]" into the search bar. Your will be directed to the pin. It should be indicated by a while pin head.

How do I find pins on the map?

While in the map interface, just press the green magnifying icon on the top right of your screen. The app will search for pins in the vicinity.
